Feed up with voice mail?
ARE YOU FEDUP WAITING ON HOLD TO GET SERVICE?
Voice mail is a one of the most used methods
companies adopt to save themselves big money at the expensive of
their customers.
Companies who extensively use voice mail may think their time is money they they perhaps place no value on their customer’s time.
Customers wait sometimes as much as twenty
minutes (perhaps more sometimes) just for the privilege of doing
business with some companies. The customers wait, listen to music or
repeated apologies of a tape voice telling them how sorry they are
for making them wait and that they will get to them as soon as
possible. Customers of course continue to wait and wait until
served.
Normally most companies start off with a courteous message saying how important your call is to them and give out the required warning that your call may be taped or monitored for quality assurance service.
These companies and most of them multinational companies are giving no value to your time. They all have a pretty good idea of the volume of the calls they get know that they can get away by remaining understaffed by using voice mail.
Companies pay no salaries or benefits for voice mail and with people so habitual of just waiting for a human response as they listen to taped voice mail responses these companies have no incentive whatsoever to change the system.
